- Kid-appropriate brands only. No alcohol, vaping, gambling, energy drinks, or crypto.
- Joseph has veto power.
- Sponsors never receive visitor or child data, and sponsored posts are written for grown-ups.
- Sponsorship buys space and thanks, never our opinion. Anything we say about a product stays honest.
- A season = one market season (spring or fall), about 3 events plus the online presence.

Sponsorships are agreed in writing with Crabtree Ventures LLC (dba Texas Toy Lab). Sponsored posts and stall signage are always identified as sponsorship. We limit sponsors to keep the stand feeling like a kid's stall, because it is one.
