What has actually been built

A real print farm: three Bambu Lab printers running small-batch production at home in Texas.
Our own AI pipeline: the Imaginator™ turns a child's spoken idea into a printable, colorable 3D model in about two minutes, running on a rack-mounted supercomputer Joseph helped build. Not an API wrapper: our hardware, our pipeline.
A brand kids remember: original characters, Printer Poop, the Oops Shelf, a gacha machine, and a stall that sells out of mystery minis before lunch.
Real commerce: Shopify checkout, market calendar, wholesale program, CPSC small-batch compliance work done properly.

The thesis

Making physical things is becoming something a kid can do end-to-end: imagine → AI designs → robots build → ship. The Lab is a working, revenue-generating miniature of that future: hardtech, AI and manufacturing compressed into one family garage. The kid who grows up operating this stack is the point. The toys are how he learns it.
