Every toy is printed after you order it, so: printing takes 1 to 3 days, then US shipping takes about 3 to 6 days. Your Shopify confirmation email has the tracking link the moment it ships. Custom Imaginator toys add a little print time, and December adds elf-season delays, so order early.
Change or cancel: email or text us fast, before the printer starts. Once your toy is printing, it already exists, but we can still fix the shipping address any time before it ships.
We make this easy, because a sad kid is against Lab policy:
Unused toys can come back within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the toy price (you cover return shipping). Email first and we will confirm the address, because for smaller toys we often just say keep it and refund you instead. The Oops Shelf and Genuine Printer Poop are final sale, and custom prints are yours forever unless we made them wrong. Full rules in the terms.
Made a toy in the Imaginator and want it printed? Your job code (shown after you press "Print this toy!") is the magic word: put it in your order notes or send it with your message so we print YOUR dragon, not someone else's.
Age grading, small-parts warnings, material certificates and our CPCs all live on the toy safety page. If you ever have a real safety concern about one of our toys, contact us immediately by phone or email; you can also report any product concern at SaferProducts.gov. We take this side of a kid-run business more seriously than anything.
Type your message and your mobile number, and our robot sends you a text from (512) 399-2625 with your note in it. Reply to that text and you are talking to us. (On a phone? Just tap to text.)
One text, only to the number you give, only because you asked. Standard message rates apply on your side. We never text you marketing.
