Our brand

TEXAS TOY LAB, THE IMAGINATOR, the robot logo, Reachy’s Lab persona, and the taglines "You imagine it, my Lab builds it" and "> always printing_" are trademarks of Crabtree Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The website, its illustrations, page designs, photos and words are © Crabtree Ventures LLC. Please do not copy, imitate, or sell any of it without written permission.

Our toys

Toys marked as Joseph’s own inventions (the TTL Robot, the Dragon Snap Kit, Genuine Printer Poop, and others as released) are original, proprietary designs owned by Crabtree Ventures LLC. Buying one gives you a wonderful toy, not the design rights: no copying, scanning, or reselling reproductions.

Licensed designer toys

Some toys at the Lab are printed under paid commercial licenses from independent designers we admire (for example the flexi-dragon and articulated-creature families). For those:

The designers keep full ownership of their designs. Our license covers printing and selling finished toys, made in-house at the Lab.
We never sell, share, or redistribute the digital design files. Ever.
We credit designers where we can; small studios deserve the shout-out.

Toys you create with the Imaginator

When you type an idea into the Imaginator:

Your idea stays your idea. Typing "a taco with dragon wings" gives us no claim over taco-dragons in general.
The generated design belongs to the Lab. The specific 3D model our system produces, including anything shown on the printed-toys shelf, is owned by Crabtree Ventures LLC. We need this to safety-check designs, improve the Imaginator, and occasionally reprint popular creations.
The printed toy is yours. Ordering a print gives you the physical toy and a personal-use license: play with it, gift it, show it off. Please do not reproduce it for sale.
Name keychains: the name you type is used only to shape your keychain, never published, and deleted on schedule; see the privacy notes.

Models are downloaded from Hugging Face, the open model hub. Where a model license requires attribution, this page is it; each license governs our use of that model, and nothing here relicenses anyone else’s work.
