the Lab's monthly contest. your idea could become a real shelf toy.
How it works, three steps:
1. Invent. Go to the Imaginator and type (or say) your wildest toy idea. Watch it become a real 3D model.
2. Love it. Press "I love it!" on your creation. Every love is a vote. Creations also land on the public printed-toys shelf for others to admire.
3. Win. At the end of each month, Joseph reviews the most-loved creations and crowns one Invention of the Month. It gets printed as a limited run, named after its inventor (first name only!), and featured in the Lab Notes.
September 2026: the first round
The contest starts now and the first winner will be crowned on September 30 and unveiled at the market. Rules of the Lab: ideas must be kind (the Imaginator's safety robot checks every one), one crown per inventor per year so everyone gets a turn, and Joseph's own inventions cannot win (he has been told).
The Hall of Inventions
Winners will be listed here forever, with their toy and their first name. Imagine being first.
